Ukrainian Confectionery Sector at ISM Cologne: Stronger Together on the Global Stage
While we were still riding the wave of эмоtions after Gulfood, the Ukrainian confectionery industry had already gathered at another key global marketplace — ISM Cologne.
This year, the Ukrainian Export Alliance joined efforts to create a dedicated space for Ukrainian producers, bringing together leading food companies at a collective national stand. The exhibition once again demonstrated the diversity, innovation, and export readiness of Ukrainian manufacturers.
Confectionery House “Vatsak” — cakes, confectionery, sweet snacks
Ledova — freeze-dried meals, fruits, vegetables, and berries
Fresh Market, Elfik Magic — high-quality and delicious baby food
ISM Cologne — A Global Platform for Sweets & Snacks
For decades, ISM Cologne has confirmed its position as the world’s leading trade fair for sweets and snacks. Every year, more than 20 Ukrainian companies exhibit at ISM, using the platform to enter new markets, establish international partnerships, and secure export contracts that reshape their growth trajectories.
For Ukrainian producers, ISM means:
Direct access to European and global buyers
Strengthening presence in existing markets
Presenting new product lines and innovations
Intensive B2B negotiations with distributors and retail chains
For the Ukrainian Export Alliance, participation in international trade fairs goes far beyond booth construction and product displays. It is about building structured support mechanisms that allow Ukrainian companies to expand internationally faster and more efficiently.
ISM Cologne once again proved that Ukrainian food producers are competitive, resilient, and ready for international growth.
We sincerely congratulate all participating companies on a successful exhibition and meaningful business connections.
Together, we continue to make Ukrainian exports stronger. 🇺🇦
