The Ukrainian Compliance Association (UCA) is a nationwide professional community of compliance, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and sanctions specialists, lawyers, auditors and business leaders. With more than 300 members, the Association works to help Ukrainian businesses become transparent, resilient and ready to cooperate with international investors, banks and partners.

UCA’s mission is to develop a culture of integrity and the compliance profession in Ukraine and to help companies meet international standards. The Association provides training (the UCA Academy, including courses based on ISO 37301), runs regular professional meetings of the Compliance Club and webinars of its thematic committees, represents the professional community in dialogue with public authorities and international organisations, and helps companies prepare for investment — including through a joint selection of 10 companies for investment readiness with U-Nation.

UCA is a member of the European Network for Compliance Officers (ENFCO) and an information partner of the METRICS Summit, and has cooperation memoranda with the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and regional business associations.
